Claude Frollo is the Disciplinary Enforcer of Disney High.
Once the most feared and terrifying person to ever walk the halls of the Paris school district, Claude Frollo now walks the corridors of Disney High catching trouble-makers and dealing with them in ways he deems fit. He also has a big rivalry with professor Hugo Clopin.

After being fired from "Le Notre School" in Paris, Frollo decided it would be best to discipline children early on in life, so that they learn the proper and just ways of life.
Going against the wishes of Mr. D, Frollo has been disciplining trouble-makers with less orthodox punishments, however, considering that he is still feared by all that he meets, none of the students are capable of sticking up for themselves and exposing Frollo for who he really is.
