Evelyn Quinn is the Deputy Head of Alchemy at Disney High. She is also the stepmother of Snow White Fürstin.
Background[]
After first working in Germany, teaching Cookery, she later branched onto Alchemy after an Inter-School Tournament, where she met Ursula V. Nessa, who taught her the wonders and magic of the subject.
For a while after, she spread her teachings of her newfound talent in this to all of her students, however, most of their parents complained about it being witchcraft and lead their children astray. She was later fired.
Luck was on her side, though, as her close friend, Ursula, who taught her the subject, gave her a reference and helped her get another job at Disney High, as Deputy of Alchemy. She's mostly seen with an apple basket.
